License Description JOB DESCRIPTION: A trainee is an individual that is employed by an Oklahoma licensed company to learn to properly engage in activities regulated by the Alarm, Locksmith, and Fire Sprinkler Act. A trainee shall be employed by a licensed Oklahoma burglar alarm, locksmith, or fire sprinkler company and shall work under the direct supervision of a licensed company manager or technician. OAC 380:75
