Register with the Consumer Affairs Division of the Department of Commerce and Insurance and post a $10,000 surety bond .

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Completion of a 15 hour course approved by the commissioner in the installation of manufactured homes.

EXAMINATION REQUIREMENTS:
Pass an examination approved by the commissioner in the installation of manufactured homes.

Annual.
