License Description A person employed to provide various services on the backside or in areas of a racetrack that are required by the Commission to be secured. These services may include, but are not limited to, clerical, accounting, admissions, food service, housekeeping, and general maintenance. (TxRC will not license those individuals that do not require access to restricted areas or is determined to influence racing.)
