Assisted Living Facility Administrator (ALFA)
License Description To be approved as an Administrator-in-Training, a person shall: Meet the requirements of Regulation 18 VAC 95-30-100 (A); (1)Obtain a preceptor to provide training in a licensed facility; Submit an application; Submit the required fee; and Submit additional documentation as may be necessary to determine eligibility of the applicant and the number of hours required for the AIT program. A proposed AIT training plan/Domains of Practice form must be included with the application totaling the proposed program hours.
