Pesticide Business
License Description A pesticide business license is required for any person or business operating in Virginia, which, in exchange for compensation, sells, stores, distributes, mixes, applies or recommends pesticides. A separate pesticide business license is required for each business location. This license is separate from and in addition to any other commercial business license.
