License Description Individuals must register with the state Business Licensing Service before selling or advertising to sell travel services or benefits. Individuals must submit a completed business license application, a completed sellers of travel registration addendum, a seller of travel surety bond (unless the individual is using a trust account) and pay the required licensing fee.
