Amusement Ride Inspector
License Description Individuals must have two years of experience as an amusement ride inspector, personnel supervision responsibility for erecting, maintaining and operating functions. Individuals must also pass a competency examination administered by the National Association of Amusement Ride Safety Officials, pay a $20 feel to the department, and documentation of having met the above requirements. Trainees may work without certification, if directly and continually supervised during the inspection process by a certified ride inspector.
