License Description Individuals must have a B.A. and provide a transcript, have a minimum o f 36 weeks of full-time post-graduate professional experience or equivalent, pass the nationally-recognized audiology examination or receive competency certification from a major audiology and hearing professional organization, verify that they are covered by a surety bond, provide required personal information.
