License Description Individuals must have graduated from an accredited chiropractic college and show evidence of at least 4,000 classroom hours of instruction, completion of at least one-half of B.A. requirements at an accredited college, successful completion of the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners Test Parts 1-IV, work history chonology and answers to personal data questions.
