License Description Individuals must have a high school diploma or GED, at least 4 years of approved experience showing increased responsibility for the desigh of on-site waste-ater treatment systems, a passing score on the written On-site Designer License examination, a passing score on the Law and Ethics examination, submitting a completed application and paying the required fee.
