License Description The West Virginia Board of Veterinary Medicine shall issue an animal euthanasia technician certification to a qualified candidate who passes the written practical, practical, and jurispurdence examinations and meets all the requirements of the Board to practice animal euthanasia technology in the state of West Virginia.
