TIME SHARE SALESPERSON
License Description A time-share salesperson is an individual, other than a person licensed as a real estate broker or salesperson under s. 452.09, Wis. Stats., who is employed by a licensed broker to sell or offer or attempt to negotiate an initial sale or purchase of a time share but who may not perform any other acts authorized by Chapter 452, Wis. Stats., to be performed by a broker or salesperson. The purpose of this credential is to register persons who negotiate the initial sale or purchase of a time share or campground space. A person shall not engage in the occupation of, or advertise or hold himself or herself out as a salesperson of time shares unless the person is registered under s. 452.025, Wis. Stats., or licensed under s. 452.09, Wis. Stats., and is employed by a broker.
