DANCE THERAPIST
License Description Dance therapy means the specialized, professional and psychotherapeutic use of movement and dance. This is a process which furthers the emotional, cognitive, social, and physical integration of the individual. It uses psychotherapeutic models for assessment and intervention and is practiced in a wide variety of settings. Dance therapy may be appropriate for groups and individuals of all individuals of all ages and conditions of need. Dance therapy may include the use of elements of other art forms.
