BUTTER GRADER
License Description License required for persons to grade butter by Wisconsin standards. Applicants must successfully complete the Butter Grader License exam given by the DATCP, Division of Food Safety before being licensed. The exam is 50% written questions and 50% hands on demonstration of grading ability. Butter Grader exams will be scheduled by appointment only.
