LIFT APPRENTICE
License Description Construct, maintain, or repair accessibility lifts, which are inclined stairway chairlifts and inclined and vertical wheelchair lifts, including gates, any doors, wells, enclosures, runway means and appurtenances required for operation. Reason for Credential: A person who holds a credential issued by the department as a registered lift apprentice may erect, construct, alter, replace, maintain, repair, remove or dismantle conveyances covered under ASME A18.1 and ASME A17.1 section 5.2.
