Requirements 1.Pass the International Code Council (ICC) test on Wyoming State Specific Storage Tank laws. 2.Have a current certificate for Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response. 3.Underground Storage Tank (UST) Installers - pass the ICC UST Installation and Retrofitting test. 4.Above-ground Storage Tank (AST) Installers - pass the ICC AST Installation and Retrofitting test.
