Requirements 1.Pass the International Code Council (ICC) test entitled Tank Tightness Testing - ICC Test U-3." 2.Pass the manufacturers training certification for the type of tank and line tests performed. Restrictions False reporting. False licensing. School Located in Wyoming There is no school for Tank and Line Testers in Wyoming. Applicants use ICC materials to study for the exam. License Tank and Line Testers are licensed in Wyoming by the Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ). Examination The "Tank Tightness Testing - ICC Test U-3" is administered by the ICC. Contact the manufacturer for training certification for specific types of tanks and lines.
