License Description INSTALLATION, MAINTENANCE, AND REPAIR WORKERS, ALL OTHER SOC Code 49-9099 Entry Salary $20.20/hr Average Salary $25.31/hr Job Description Water well pump installation contractor means any person who is in the business of installing pumping equipment in water wells for compensation Requirements 1.Must be at least 18 years old. 2.Must be a United States citizen. 3.Pass exams prescribed by the Board. 4.Be of good moral character and repute. 5.Have proof of current coverage under a general liability insurance policy providing not less than $300,000. Restrictions Fraud or misrepresentation in obtaining a license. Has not been convicted of a felony within five years of application for a license.
