License Description Major requirements for new license: have no penal record, have no outstanding child support debt, passage of exams, have 24 university credit hours of English, Spanish, mathematics, humanities, philsophy, psychology or sociology from an approved instution, have a highschool diploma, have a diploma from an accredited Interior Design school, payment of $50, have membership and good standing in the College of Designer and Interior Decorator of Puerto Rico
