Qualifications Applicants must be accepted for admission to an accredited institution of higher education; have a "B" average (3.0 GPA) for all completed enrollment periods at the time of application; a U.S. citizen or permanent resident; have been a Connecticut resident during the preceding 12 months; a Latino student from Connecticut; and must demonstrate financial need.
Criteria Selection is based on the application materials.
