Qualifications Applicants must be graduating seniors or previous graduates of Harding High School; must have a minimum 2.5 high school or college GPA; must not be a relative of William or Martha Buckingham.
Criteria Special consideration for the following factors: attend Ohio State University, especially Marion campus; participate in Harding High School varsity sports for at least one season; previous recipients of this scholarship (for 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year students); financial need; held full-time or part-time job during high school.
