Purpose To assist and encourage Latino students to pursue postsecondary education.
Focus General studies/Field of study not specified.
Qualifications Applicant must be of Hispanic ancestry, permanently residing in Oregon or Clark County, Washington; must be currently attending a high school in Oregon or Clark County, Washington or have attended a high school in Oregon OR Clark County, Washington and currently enrolled in an accredited community college, 4-year college or university, or an accredited graduate degree program; must have at least a 3.0 GPA as evidenced by a high school or college transcript. First Generation Students & DACA recipients are encouraged to apply.
Criteria Selection is based on academic achievements, extracurricular activities in the community, a written essay, and letters of recommendation.
Duration Annual.
To Apply Applicants must submit a completed application form together with the required materials.
Deadline January 22.
