Qualifications Applicants must be enrolled in or accepted to an accredited college as a full-time student; must be immediate family member of Iowa dairy farmers, or be employed on a dairy farm located in the state of Iowa and be recommended by the producer employee.
Criteria Selection is based on involvement in the dairy industry, leadership, career plans, academic standing, current transcripts, letters of reference, and answers to brief essay questions.

To Apply Applicants must complete the online application form and submit along with a high-resolution photograph, newspaper information form, publicity consent form, and W9 form.
