Purpose To provide financial support to students who have the license for post-secondary education.
Focus Engineering; Radio and television.
Qualifications Applicants must hold an FCC amateur radio license; be a resident of NC, VA, WV, MD or TN; enrolled in an accredited four-year college/university (NC, VA, WV, MD, or TN) working towards a Bachelor's of Science in any field of engineering; and have financial need; U.S. citizen; applicants must be academic merit, financial need and interest in promoting amateur radio; preference to an ARRL member; preference to baccalaureate or higher degree candidates; GPA: 2.0+ must be holding an amateur radio license for at least 1 year citizenship: United States and all other countries.
Criteria Selection will be based on the committee's criteria.

To Apply Applicants must be transcripts and additional required documents must be submitted WITH the application and not emailed separately; a number of scholarships require additional documents, such as a letter of recommendation from a sitting Officer of an ARRL-affiliated club; applications without accompanying transcripts and additional required documents (if applicable) will not be considered; Applicants must be submit a completed online.
