Applicant must be a female student seeking an undergraduate degree at an educational institution approved for federal Title IV funding; must reside in a town served by one of the following schools: Craftsbury Academy, Lake Region Union High School, and North Country Union High School (Albany, Barton, Brighton, Browington, Charleston, Coventry, Craftsbury, Derby, Glover, Greensboro, Hardwick, Holland, Irasburg, Jay, Lowell, Morgan, Newport City, Newport Town, Stannard, Troy, Westfield, Westmore, Wolcott, Woodbury); must be enrolled full time and have financial need; must demonstrate academic achievement, promise of continued excellence, and school/community involvement. |
