Qualifications Applicant must be an AWSA Western Region Skier qualified for the Western Regional Water Ski Tournament, a member of the USA Water Ski & Wake Sports Association, and a U.S. citizen; must be a full-time student pursuing an undergraduate degree at an accredited college or university.

To Apply Applicant must submit the completed application form along with an essay or video answering the essay question, two recommendations, and an official transcript or grade report.
