Purpose To support documentary scholarship in Ireland in the period between the Treaty of Limerick (1691) and the Act of Union (1800) to enable North American-based scholars to travel in Ireland and Irish-based scholars to travel in North America for furthering their research.

Qualifications Applicants must be ASECS members who are residents of North America, or members of ASEC's Irish sister organization, Eighteenth-Century Ireland Society who are residents of the Republic of Ireland or Northern Ireland.
Criteria Selection will be selected based on submitted materials.
Funds $2,500
Duration Annual.
To Apply Applicants must submit an application form, curriculum vitae, one-page bibliography of major related books and articles, narrative description of the project and two letters of recommendation, budget.
Deadline November 15.
