Purpose To support the education of a student active in Scouting, Varsity Scouting, or Venturing.
Focus General studies/Field of study not specified.
Qualifications Applicants must be a registered active member of an EOCS- recognized scouting program: Scouts BSA (Boy Scouts of America), exploring, venturing, girl scouts of the USA, trail life USA, American heritage girls, and camp fire; have earned the eagle scout award, the Gold Award, or highest award of another EOCS-recognized scouting program; (Exploring and Venturing Scouts must have also earned Eagle Scout.); be a communicant member of an Eastern Orthodox Christian Church recognized by the assembly of canonical orthodox bishops of the USA; have earned the EOCS Alpha Omega Religious Award; be enrolled in the final year of an accredited high school; scholarships are contingent upon acceptance to an accredited four-year college or university.
Criteria Select applicants who best demonstrate love of God and the Orthodox Christian Faith through service, scholarship, leadership, and practical citizenship in their church, school, Scouting unit, and community.

Duration Annual.
