Qualifications Applicant must be a resident of West Hawaii (defined by region zip code Puuanahulu to Ocean View, West Hawaii including Puuanahulu to Kailua-Kona 96740 or 96745; Keauhou 96739; Holualoa 96725; Kealakekua 96750; Captain Cook-Ocean View 96704); must be an undergraduate student attending a two- or four-year accredited institution or vocational school in the United States; must intend to return to West Hawaii and serve the community after graduation.
Criteria Completed applications submitted by the program deadline date and time are reviewed according to specific fund criteria; applications are sent to individual selection committees for review and selections.

To Apply Applicants must submit online application, which includes: One personal statement essay and one list of extracurricular/community service activities; school transcript (complete with final grade information); current high school seniors attending Kamehameha Schools only: One letter of recommendation; supplemental documents such as LORs, FAFSA Submission Summary (FSS) and art portfolios.
