Purpose To provide scholarship to the students who are current citizens of Nepal but are attending or wish to attend Oregon State University.

Qualifications Applicants must be students who are current citizens of Nepal; must have a minimum 3.5 GPA.
Criteria Primary preference in awarding the scholarship shall be given to those candidates who agree to become a public servant in Nepal for at least five years following graduation. Secondary consideration will be given to African American students if no Nepalese students meet the requirements.
