Purpose To support licensed amateur radio operators pursuing postsecondary education.

Qualifications Applicant must be an active, licensed amateur radio operator of Technician Class or higher; must be attending an accredited postsecondary institution and pursuing a degree in Business, Science, Math, Engineering, or Technology-related field; must be a U.S. citizen.
Criteria The ARRL Foundation Scholarship Committee will review all applicants and make selections. Preference will be given to applicants residing in Louisiana, if no qualified applicant is identified, the scholarship may be awarded to an applicant from the Delta Division (Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Tennessee).
