Applicants must be graduating seniors, current college students, nontraditional students and residents of Adams, Blaine, Boone, Buffalo, Clay, Custer, Dawson, Franklin, Furnas, Garfield, Gosper, Greeley, Hall, Hamilton, Harlan, Howard, Kearney, Loup, Merrick, Nance, Nuckolls, Phelps, Platte, Polk, Sherman, Valley, Webster or Wheeler counties; must be attending community college or other technical institution in Nebraska and pursuing studies in business, agri-business, health, or travel and tourism. |
