| Qualifications |
Applicants must be graduating seniors, current college students, or nontraditional students (including GED recipients) who are residents of Adams, Boone, Buffalo, Butler, Cass, Clay, Colfax, Custer, Dawson, Douglas, Hall, Hamilton, Howard, Kearney, Madison, Merrick, Phelps, Platte, Polk, Sarpy, Saunders, Sherman, Stanton, or Washington Counties; must be enrolled as a full-time student pursuing a certificate (minimum 12 credit hour program), diploma (minimum 23 credit hour program), or associate’s degree in a skilled trade field from an accredited trade school or college in Nebraska. |
