Qualifications Applicant must be an active, licensed amateur radio operator and a resident of Atlantic Division (DE, MD, PA, Southern NJ, Western NY), the Roanoke Division (NC, SC, VA, WV), the Southeastern Division (AL, FL, GA) or Washington, D.C.; must be attending a postsecondary institution.
Criteria The ARRL Foundation Scholarship Committee will review all applicants and make selections.
