Purpose To provide financial assistance to Native American students attending institutes of higher education.
Focus General studies/Field of study not specified.
Qualifications Applicant must be in a one to two year program; a graduating high school senior, four-year college (second semester freshman, sophomore, junior or senior) or graduate/Ph.D. student maintaining at least a 2.5 semester GPA.
Criteria Achievement based; transcripts, letters of recommendation, essays are also scored.

To Apply Completed application; two sealed letters of recommendation, one from a teacher, employer or other professional familiar with your academic potential; a one to two-page personal essay focusing on how applicant will apply their education and if they are involved in community and/or extracurricular activities; proof of tribal enrollment.
