Qualifications Applicant must be a graduating high school senior from Chamberlain High School; must be pursuing postsecondary education (trade school, college, university, graduate, postgraduate); must demonstrate financial need along with high ethical and moral character; must have participated in community work through church, school, clubs, and/or other organizations; must have a minimum 3.2 GPA.
